From the plane to the hotel, no queues, no taxis
For groups of 4 to 55 people: a vehicle with driver waits for you at Madrid-Barajas airport and takes you to your hotel (or the other way round). Also valid for Alcalá de Henares and congress hotels.
Price per vehicle and journey (10% VAT included)
Van, 4-8 people: €153 day · €179.50 night
Minibus, 9-19 people: €226.50 day · €273 night
Coach, 20-55 people: €279.50 day · €339.50 night
Day: 06:00 to 22:00. Night: 22:00 to 06:00.
Meet & greet (optional): a greeter waits inside the arrivals hall with a name sign, tracks your flight and waits if it is delayed. €199.50 per service; one greeter covers two arrivals at the same terminal.
We do not offer transfers for 1 to 3 people: the official airport taxi is the most practical option.
